This is a technical forum, where we share all the experiences, innovations, we are for the dissemination of knowledge and knowing.

When subscribe to this forum, you must accept this regulation and subsequent updates, if you don't, please, unsubscribe.

Art. 1) The forum is accessible only to write-enabled.
We hope you find the informations useful. In large part, this forum aims to share informations and experiences, that does not mean that they are correct, that users made in the past and hopefully can save time for anyone. You do not need to register to read everything that is available, but you can not write if not registered.

Art. 2) For new users
New users who have registered to ForumCommunity or who are already registered on another forum, can read all the sections, but can not write.
If you want to write it is necessary introduce yourself in the “Presentazione Nuovi Utenti” (Presentation New Members) in the manner described at the end of this Regulation and wait for approval.

Art. 3) E-MAIL FOR CONFIRMATION
When you subscribe to the forum (all forums in ForumCommunity) after registration you'll receive an e-mail notification of registration with a link to click to activate your account. It happens, however, that some email service providers consider "ForumCommunity" or "ForumFree" spam and e-mail account activation register for the forum is never received. To avoid this you must be sure that the account in use does not consider ForumCommunity spam checking in e-mail spam folder and possibly requiring the resending of the e-mail validation.

Art. 4) For users of other forums that are already enrolled at ForumCommunity
They have free access to all discussions, but must approve the regulation to be enabled to write.

Art. 5) Questions and requests
There is the possibility to submit requests or questions, but does not mean that you will receive response. Remember that we are not a counseling center, not a customer care or even work for free.

Art. 6) Before opening a new post look for informations in the old ones.
Before opening a new post asking questions and asking everyone, look in the old ones.
Duplicated posts will be closed.

Art. 7) Opening new threads
Open new threads in the correct sections, if it is inherent with the section head in the various ones.
New threads must have a detailed title, describing the content of the discussion.

Art. 8) Keep the thread, if a new discussion starts open another thread with another title.
In general, this forum aims to exchange ideas and opinions among the active participants, develop ideas, and make public its findings so that others can benefit from these informations. The main purpose is to help each other in developing their projects, experiments, research.
Any other type of "service" on-line is excluded. Every idea, information, opinion, suggestion, you find in the forum does not need to be scientifically correct. We commit to it, but we are neither a textbook nor an encyclopedia.

Art. 9) Do not ask questions by PM (private message).
Users are not free consultants. Not even administrators. Look for answers to your questions in the forum and if you do not find them means that probably here aren't. Try elsewhere.

Art. 10) The Forum shall ensure the classic rules of a forum, good manners and civility, respect the human person, no injuries.

Art. 11) We are not responsible for any damage to property, animals and humans caused by the informations picked up on this forum.
All tests and measurements are not certified, are undertaken in an amateur way.

Art. 12) IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE FORUM TO SELL RADIOACTIVE ITEMS, IONIZING STUFF AND EVERYTHING ILLEGAL, so do not make requests like "Do you sell me...?" the penalty is a written warning or a BAN at discretion of the Staff. For the calibration of the instruments there are other methods.

Art. 13) EVERYONE HAS OWN RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT BE WRITTEN, FREEING ALL THE OTHERS (users, visitors, Admin, Moderators)

Art. 14) The administrators and moderators ensure that the content posted by users is conform to a civil and peaceful dialectic. Will not be tolerated utterances that violate the rights or reputations of other users and third parties not belonging to the forum: will be exercised in these extreme cases the most appropriate sanctions at discretion of the Staff.
However, the administrators and moderators can not control all content placed on the forum H24.
We therefore invite all users to meet the rules of peaceful and fruitful sharing of ideas, banning extremisms, personal fights, and reporting to the administrators and moderators conducts that violates this regulation, so that is exercised an accurate control of the content and any sanctions at discretion of the Staff.
Whoever thought have prejudiced his rights or his own personal dignity by any posting on this forum is likewise invited to report to the administrators and moderators behavior deemed detrimental so that the staff will provide, in cases of particular gravity and at its sole discretion, to remove same content and apply the possible ban of the user or users who have violated the rules.

Art. 15) The Staff reserves the rights to collaborate and/or report to competent authorities any illegal acts committed by users of this forum in violation of this regulation and the laws of the State (Italy).

Art. 16) Market Buy/Sell
New opening of the rBay section, it shall contain a mini internal regulation is accepted by those who use it
Currently the section dedicated to the market was closed, so you can neither do sales activities through the forum
nor write down commercial web sites or links.

Art. 17) All laboratory experiments proposed in the forum are for educational purposes only.
Who performs them has a background in the field. If you do not have the necessary knowledge do not attempt to reproduce these experiments. The responsibility of who propose experiments and experiences only exposes the author and can not be in any way connected to the people of the forum (users, visitors, Admin, Moderators) who will act, in detrimental case. in accordance with Art. 15.

Art. 18) USERS UNDER 18 YEARS
PARTICIPATION TO THE FORUM IS ALLOWED TO USERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD THAT WILL PROVIDE, AT THE PRESENTATION TIME, A PARENT OR OTHERWISE ANYONE EXERCISING PARENTAL CHILD AUTHORITY , IN THAT HE/SHE WILL SAY THAT HAVE READ THE RULES OF FORUM AND ACKNOWLEDGE AND WANNA SIGNING IN PLACE OF THE MINOR CHILD WITH THE FOLLOWING FORMULA:

"I <name of parent> have read and signed the rules of the forum and ask the staff to admit as a member <nickname> my son, who is committed to respect it in its entirety and which I will ensure that does not violate the rules, including those of common sense "

where <name of parent> may also be the parent's name alone (eg, Andrew, Michael, John, etc..), <nickname> the nickname of the minor child in the Forum

In the absence of such a declaration NEW ACCOUNT REQUIRED BY PEOLPE AGED UNDER 18 YEARS OLD WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED WHILE THOSE ALREADY ACTIVE WILL BE DISABLED BY THE STAFF.

PEOPLE OF AGE UNDER 18 YEARS ARE REQUIRED TO DECLARE THE AGE, IN THE ABSENCE OF THE DECLARATION OF UNDERAGE, USERS WILL BE CONSIDERED 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE AND HAVING LEGAL CAPACITY (which normally follows the completion of 18th year of age in Italy)

THE FORUM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE ABOUT FALSE OR INCOMPLETE DECLARATIONS, PROMOTING PARENTS TO EXERCISE AUTHORITY AND PARENTAL CONTROL HERE AND ABOUT USING THE INTERNET, KEEPING IN MIND THAT THEY'LL RESPOND TO THE POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS OF THIS REGULATION AND THE LAWS PERPETRATED BY THEIR CHILD ON WHICH THEY HOLD PARENTAL AUTHORITY.


Art. 19) Intellectual Property of Content
The intellectual property of content on RadioactivityForum is retained by the Author, which implicitly authorizes RadioactivityForum posting it on the Forum itself and its staff to use it continuously by not-exclusive, international, license-free in order of publishing it for educational, disclosing, informative as part of the Forum on the Internet via all existing and future technologies. It requires users to focus on the disclosure of any projects or private content that should not be disclosed and published.
Users can at any time submit a motivated request to the Staff to modify or remove their content from RadioactivityForum beyond the limits provided by ForumCommunity (30 minutes).
It's strictly forbidden to use or publish contents of which do not hold the copyright or try to get exploitation of it by violation of intellectual property of others on the basis of national and international law, responsibility for violations rests with the individual users.

Art. 20) Right and Duty of Quote
Right to quote (fair use): users are allowed to post, link to, quote, reproduce extracts, summaries, references to content that is related to resources of any type (web, books, magazines, etc.) indicating origin and specifying relevant links or paperworks or other kind from which they extracted the contents, citing, where possible, the names of the authors.
Duty to quote: users and occasional surfers and not, can bring, even partially, the contents of RadioactivityForum outside of it as long as it is credited as the source of the quotation by placing the URL (eg "http:// radioactivity.forumcommunity.net /? t = 42915566 "or simply the URL of the forum" https://radioactivity.forumcommunity.net ").
This quotation must be accurate and may not be a copy of all public content or discussion groups.

To post content is requested a you approve Regulation and Introduce Yourself to be made in the “PRESENTATION OF NEW USERS ” area (New Members)

EXAMPLE OF PRESENTATION

For users UNDER 18 YEARS read art.18.

Your introduction should begin with the phrase

"This is <your Nickname>, I read the forum rules and agree, and I pledge to respect it."
(<your Nickname> change the word with your registration name)

and then show up, I do not know.. for example you can talk about ...

- Your hobbies

- Your studies (if you are experienced or not)

- Etc. ...
In the presentation you do not need to provide private data dimension, you can stay on generic and condition of anonymity, but at least you say things that brought you to this forum.

For those who do not make a presentation as in the manner described above they will not be enabled.
For those who open new post asking questions without being presented it will be closed or ignored.

Once this is done please wait without spamming, (you could also wait 24 hours), that's cause abilitations are done by hand, one by one.

WARNING:

The forum does not accept names that begin with "numbers" name = 123sfe example, start with letters, such as abc123.
Avoid names with "spaces" as "White Black" in the middle of the space creates difficulties for the forum, instead choose "BlackWhite" or "Bianco_Nero"

After 6 months of inactivity your account will be deleted. The platform where we reside "forumcommunity.net" apply this policy on Knowledgeable users who do not access more time.
